Fiber Film Reborn35 is an innovative, high efficiency PE stretch film that contains 35 % of Post Consumer Recyclates. By using PCR we benefit in reusing the materials, minimizing virgin material usage, achieving circularity of the product, and gain waste and carbon footprint reduction.

Reborn35, holds all high-performance product benefits of Megaplast Fiber Film Series, produced with reinforcement elements (fibers) that increase tear resistance.

In Megaplast we have embedded Environmental Sustainability within our business by developing Reborn35 as it:

Reborn35 is designed for machine use with stretching ratio up to 250% and is suitable for heavy pallet loads.

For High Demanding (HD) applications, is designed to usually replace a stretch film of 23μm thickness or more, with a pre-stretch ratio up to 250%.

For General Purpose (GP) applications, is designed to usually replace a stretch film of 20μm to 22μm thickness, with a pre-stretch ratio up to 230%.

For Light (L) applications, is designed to usually replace a stretch film of 17μm thickness or less, with a pre-stretch ratio up to 210%.
